The capelet and the dress itself are meshes, please be sure your viewer is enabled to support this kind of stuff and it's made in five sizes according to the standard avatar shapes. Please, be warned that if the clothing doesn't fit perfectly to your avatar, maybe... it's time to take a look at it and check if your proportions are natural.
The armbands and the belt are sculpted items and I have included a resizer script to the belt for an easy adjusting to you.
